Driver gets pair of tickets

The Decatur Police Department cited Timothy L. Loomis, 35, Monroeville, on a pair of vehicular charges on Thursday.

Loomis was pulled over on US 27 and was then ticketed for knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever having been licensed and also for operating a motor vehicle with a fictitious registration.
